HELP OWEN!!!!!

I have been away for a while and when I checked in I see that someone asked me a question about some problems mega-dosing with vit-C. Here is the post:

I know that you advise against using the mineral ascorbates. I do not know the answer to ther questions unless it a detoxing symptom. I will be in your debt even more if you would take over and answer this person. Like everyone else, I trust your judgment.
