just had a dentist appointment and the dental hygenist noticed that my gums are no longer swollen( i noticed about 4 1/2 mths ago that the gums were looking better). I believe this is from taking vitamin c amoung the other things that I'm now taking (food choices) to help improve my health. I believe that if my gums are healing then so is the rest of me (internally). This is the best visit I can remember having in a very long, long, long time.
