Hi. I was just curious to how your cholesterol levels were changed after doing these four liver flushes? I seen that you have had a bypass in the last few years and was wondering if you have incorporated any Omega3s from both Flaxoil Coldpress and Fish/Codliver oil for the EPA/DHA? Both known for themselves to lower the Cholesterol Levels and raise the HDLs? Another factor is maybe your dehydrated and if you are your body might produce more cholesterol to protect the cells from losing water.

Checkout http://www.mnwelldir.org for a book called Bypass! I purchased it and it has a lot of info/articles on heart health.

In regards to Vitamin C I believe it is a synthetic c "ascorbic acid" and while they say your body can't tell the difference I believe it can. I noticed when taking the ascorbic acid in powder form for doing the massive dose of 10,000-50,000mg I had an upset stomach but while getting my vitmain C now from Camu Camu Berries in powder form I do not have any problems. I also take some other types of Vitmain C powder in the form of RoseHips and Acerola Cherry both high in natural Vitamin C with the proper enzymes for digesting it compared to synthetic Cs.. I look back to bible times and man wasn't digesting ascoribc acid man made corn starch but was getting it from fruits/vegies off the vine. So if you don't have an accute condition I would try to get a lot of C from Fruits/Vegies and look into supplementing a little in Camu or Acerola Cherries.

Have a good day.
