I know vitamin c naturally is good for you but is ascorbate acid, sodium ascobate, etc.
Because it is man made--toxic?
I'm started to doubt whether to keep mega dosing because I'm not seeing any affect on my cholesterol levels(even after 4 liver flushes) as my Ldl is still high. And wondering if sodium ascorbate (if toxic) is keeping my cholesterol high to rid the body of the toxic waste?
Also Owen after the last post I put here my daughter did catch a cold, though not a severe as usual and not as long lasting (4 days, come paired to 2 weeks).
If any one here can give some insight, it would be appreciated to ease my mind!
Thanks, journ
