Hi Cyrulis,

The cold is history. I had two
unpleasant evenings, and then the
90 grams of vitamin C I took in a
48-hour span, broke the back of the
virus, and I healed rapidly. Or at
least that's what I think happened.

No, I haven't made any changes to
my eating-regimen. I'll stick with
what kept me healthy for the last
28+ years. I'm a creature of habit,
and I delight in my daily routines.

I don't know how the rogue virus
wormed its way into me. But if it
tries again, I think my immune system will kill it in a hurry.
My intuition tells me that the mini
cold I had, may well have protected
me from a much stronger but similar
virus that is floating around out
there somewhere.

I look on setbacks as an opportunity
to learn things I need to know. This
cold was a blessing. I'm glad it
happened, and I'm glad it's over.

I hope, Cyrulis, that you and yours
