I do believe "you get what you paid", usually. I will get from the health food store. I am about 135 ibs male. Recently, I started eating mostly, raw foods; perhaps that is the reason for many BM. My rectal itching is minimal since taking vitamin c. Thank you for your suggestions, Owen.
