This morning I feel much better than I did after yesterday's flush. I checked to se if I had lost any weight after all that but I hadn't. :-( I feel the same as always, with no changes in anything that I can tell. I've taken 10 g so far this AM. I think I will try to shoot for 40 g today and see what happens.
