First of all a bowel titeration program should be done. This means taking 5 grams every hour until you reach your bowels limits. If you still do not have loose stools or dia then after 5 hours and 25grams you should do 5 grams every half an hour until you do reach it. It might take 100grams it may be 50 or less. This saturates your body in Vitamin C and every part of the body which is desperate for this nutrient will grab it as quick as it can. Its exactly the same as in dehydration and the different body areas grab for the water like crazy.
Once you've hit this Bowel limit you can then go to your 16 grams a day but better still 18-30. I know of someone who cured their stomach cancer with ascorbic acid and it was a large 4+ inch tumour and it died VERY quickly. She takes 30 grams first thing in the morning before breakfat WOW and then through the day.
I would suggest the following amounts
Vitamin C 18+ grams a day after Bowel Titeration
Vitamin E 800IU [You might need to build up if flushes happen]
SELENIUM 200mcg
B-Complex 50-100mg time release.
Make sure your not subclinically dehydrated so drink pure water and no teas, coffees, alcohols etc just water and the correct body amount of
50% of your body weight in pounds converted to ounces. 150 pound person would need 75 ounces of water which = 2+ litres of water PER DAY.
