Thanks for your message. My husband is taking ascorbic acid crystals. When he eats at home, he eats whole foods that are organic but he just started a new job last month and has been eating lunch there. He does try to pick more healthy choices but it's still not what I would give him. He has also been under tremendous stress since starting this new job - would that have an impact on his kidney's? I will encourage him to start doing cleanses when he can. Do you recommend one particular kidney cleanse? I have done liver and Bowel Cleanses so know about those.
