I told my doctor that I am going to try "alot" of vitamin C.
Her comments were that it would be hard on my kidneys. Now I am afraid to try it. Now I am taking 2000mg a day and wanted to work my way up. She doesn't know a lot about nutrition either. What do you guys think?
