Agree with you. Despite the we disagree with, there is a lot of thing to learn from the people like Barron and alike. As far as antioxidants go, I think by its importance the best all around antioxidant is glutathione which silently does enormous job for us but does not get attention it deserves. And there no other food on the planet that is richer (at least that I know of) in glutathione- brazil nut. An ounce will give you in the area of 1100mg.
