Good Morning Owen,
I need your help with taking Vit C.
I have been taking Vit C 1250 mg per tsp.
I'm up to 8 rounded tsp and I dont have anything
but bloating! I don't even think that I can take
this amount tomorrow because I don't feel well at
all. I know that there is a Vit C that is easier
on the stomach but what do you think I should do
with what I have now? I can take it but 8 tsp was too
much for me today...and then not to cause bowel
tolerance...I cant imagine what it'll take to reach
that level since I'm still having trouble going
normally.
Does bowel tolerance happen to someone even if they
are constipated? I started grinding 2 tablespoons
of Flaxseed last night...thanks for your help,
