I wasn't getting consistent results with IF#1 so I gradually upped it to 4 pills. I think that was too much for my system, so now I am back down to one. That was about 4 days ago, so I could still be seeing the repurcussions of that. But decreasing my dosage isn't an option since I am only taking 1. But I have noticed stomach pain and cramping before I go. Should I completely quit IF#1 and try 2? Or go ahead and start #2 w/ the regular 1 dosade of #1?
