I happen to be someone who has taken Vitamin C for many years now. I try to take at least 1500 milligrams per day. If I feel like I might be coming down with the sniffles, I will double the dosage.

I can't say I haven't had a cold since Jimmy Carter was President, but I do feel like I have been a much healthier person because of Vitamin C.
