I am in the process of doing the vitamin C flush. Yesterday (11.17.04) was my first day. I was taking 1250 mg every half hour from 10:00am to 4:30pm. I never did get the runs, however, I must say that my energy level was through the roof after yesterday!! I would like to know what other benefits people have experienced in regard to this flush. Also, of those who are using Vitamin C, do you use it daily or is it only for a few days out of each month?
