Howdy Owen,
Definitely would be a happer and saner world if everyone would try this sodium ascorbate. I know how good and happy I feel. I remember you saying that other members of your family and friends do not do what you are doing. I have the same problem. Saddens me to see so many people still thinking that they catch colds from other people. No matter what I try to prove to them, it has no effect. A good friend commutes with me to work in a small car, works 10 hours a day with me (he and I are a team) and I have not had a cold since the winter of '92-'93. At the first sign of one, I would take enough ascorbic acid powder (usually 10+ grams) every hour until I got diarrhea and a good flush. Then 5-6 grams of vit-c every 4 hours with echinacea and would never get any worse and be completely free of symptoms within 2 days. My friend gets 4-6 colds every year. I have gotten him to take the vit-c to help clear up a cold quicker, but each time he steadfastly maintains that the cold was clearing up anyway. How can you convince someone that will not believe his own eyes. These last two weeks seem to be opening his eyes a little. Usually after working all week, we both are worn down pretty good (we're both 61). Now I am still energetic and ready to to, although my body says rest...at least a little. I can assure you that I am rubbing it in and will continue to do so.
By the way, I use a regular spoon since it holds approximately 2500 mgs and I place the ascorbate acid on top of my tongue. Then I press it to the roof of my mouth and wiggle my tongue. OOOOHHHH MMMYYY!!!! It turns into a simply devine elixir!!!
Keep sharing the wonderful knowledge with us!!
Corey
