Besides all of the usual herbs and things you normally hear about I have two things that may help those suffering from tinnitus. One is LLLT or low level laser therapy. If you type in LLLT and tinnitus on GOOGLE you will find lots of info. The other thing which I know has helped me reduce my tinnitus is EFT therapy. If you want to try EFT yourself it's free at emofree.com If you need someone to guide you through the process I teach over the phone all the time and have a good success rate with most acute issues. Try EFT either way and if you have a clinic in your neck of the woods that does LLLT for tinnitus it might be worth a try. LLLT has been known to regenerate damaged cells within the ear.
