I would be wary of anyone who wanted you to send those pics, since online you couldn't be sure they were a doctor anyway and you could be seinding your pics to some sicko. If you are a virgin and have never recieved oral sex, I would think it would be unlickly, but I guess possible in some crazy cercumstance to have herpes since it is a STD and generally passsed thourough direct contact. If you live in canada, you could go to a free drop in clinic in the states, I don't know if they offer free clinics anywhere. If you have ever had sex though including oral, it could be herpes or something else. Other wise if you haven't it could be a whole host of things, which I wouldn't even begin to diagnose for you myself.
