Hey,

I came through it just fine and was able to overcome the outbreak without Valtrex. It took about 3 weeks, but my immune systems seems to have finally cracked the Herpes code. I am back on Valtrex, but that is for other peoples saftey, just in case.

I'm also trying something new. At first I crushed up Famvir with a mortar & pistle into a fine powder and with a small bit of DMSO I rubbed it into my lower spine. It certainly made it into my system because I get loopy when I take Famvir. You don't want to do this more than every other night because DMSO causes water retention in the cells and could probably cause damage - it will cause some discomfort. Now, I'm trying it with crushed up zinc and I still ZAP my lower back every night for about an hour at bedtime.

Who knows what is and isn't working, I'm doing too much now including 1/2 dropper of Cat's Claw in water every morning.

Oh well, perhaps it will help somebody. I hope I don't sound as crazy as the guy using the soldering iron to burn it out - jeez people, it's a virus!
