Johny Apple Bomb you may be right it just might work. However I think a more powerful unit would be better. If you can get electricity into the cell that should do the trick. The sweet thing about electricity is that frequency is not of much importance as long as the cell gets zapped. I do believe a highpower full body magpluser should cure it.
