Have you reached menopause yet? Constant monthly outbreaks usually have to do with a persons menstrual cycle. Some people say taking the pill makes their outbreaks worse while others say the pill regulates their sporadic monthly menstrual cycle into only 4-5 times cycle a year and therefore only 4-5 outbreaks/year.
