I accidentally hit "alert webmaster" instead of reply to your message. SOOO sorry. I sent them an email explaining. I'm such a ditz, hope you don't get in trouble. If they say anything, just tell them to email me and I'll explain. Sorry again. I didn't know about the exposure to sun thing. That would maybe explain why my sore hurt so bad after laying out for 2-3 days a couple weeks ago. Also, I put 32,000 IU vitamin e-oil all over my face every night. Is this bad? I know you said to dry the area out. I'm not really finding anything too specific under herpes food triggers. Is there anything you know of that seems to universal trigger? Thanks and sorry for my mistake. Marina
