you dont have to have cuts or damage to the skin to get infected. it does help the situation for the virus if it is cut or irritated. just skin to skin contact. type one is catchier and can be spread by a casual kiss. type two can still be spread as well. you wont ALWAYS give it to someone BUT..you will ALWAYS have a chance of spreading it. and during a outbreak you will more likely if not alwasy spread it.does that make sense?
