any type of change is a stress. pms is a stress. i think you body gets used to everything rolling one way and then it can put its energy into fighting anything you are always dealing with.

if you are having more sex it can make you break out.

herpes it seems is a very personal virus and it acts a little bit differently in everyone.

a wierd one about my breakouts. i broke out in triangle formation. i didnt break out for awhile after a couple repeats of the same area. then i broke out again but the whole triangle shifted. like it was a dial.

if you havent gone to the doctors for a complete exam maybe you should.
maybe there is something else going on in your body that the herpes is trying to tell you about. i know for myself i break out or get prodromes way before i will actually get sick.
so that is something i actually like about herpes. it keeps me well. how ironic.
