allergies used to make me break out like mad.
and for the comment orky had on aids.well they are totally wrong. if you immune system is fighting other pathogens (or even those allergies) it can bring your immune system lower than what it is at normally and then you break out.


also if you have a mild skin rash from dry skin it can make you break out there.
start using aloe on that dry skin and drink more water.
