I have just been infected with herpes for two years and still I search for a cure. I have justtried cayenne papper and Lysine. It works to stop the outbreak from coming. On the set of symptoms, use cayenne pepper on food. Take Lysine 1 tablet 500 mg. on an empty stomach. It does stop the outbreak I don't think synthetic meds are the way to go for me so I tried something else and it works. Stay away from sweets as the virus thrives on sugar. Acidic foods also are a trigger so try to stay on fresh fruits and vegetables. Diet does help also. To break out everyweek is horrible. I know, been there...try these methods, I hope they work for you. Good Luck!
