if you have stressed skin you can break out there.
the "common" areas are mucous membrane areas.
BUT
you have have a break out anywhere on your body that has been exposed to the virus when open to infection. (open = having a rash,etc.)
and if someone touches your scalp the could possible spread it to thier finger.
prodromes signal viral shedding even though you can shed without signals as well.
