this is if you do ozone just before you go to bed as the increased oxygen in the brain makes you alert and full of energy. Just like if you take sleeping pills in the morning you might not feel awake. Can you describe any negative side effects which are not a healing crisis?

All Im saying is that I dont think it is right to try and persuade people to do soething using fear as a tool.
