doesnt sound like it to me. Can you drop all your fears and then ask yourself again if you are really worried you have herpes. Sounds to me from your post that you are feeling guilty about having casual sex and now are expecting some kind of punishment in the form of a std. The ache in your penis sounds ominous but it may just be because you are worried. I know I can generate real pain through worrying. Just wait for your blood tests and then you will know for sure. I hope you havnt got it but if you have it wont be the end of the world at all.
