Hey all,
I had looked into Oxygenation/Ozone therapy a few months before going onto BHT. My main concern was while I read on the web that a doctor in Italy was "curing" people of Herpes with large doses of ozone, I also read elsewhere that there was a chance of getting blood clots. Has anyone else come across information like this?

I, like Brian, believe that breakouts are related to having too much acid in the body. Lists of Alkaline/Acid foods are readily available on the web.
