thanks for the post. I have heard many positive things about ozone therapy. I could never find it around where I live, though, and after research learned that you can essentially do the same thing in a number of different ways.

Most of us are overly acidic. Even if we eat well we can be overly acidic as most of us are not eating an 80% raw diet and have cooked foods and meat in our lives. When you combine this with all the coffee, soda, alcohol and junk food which is common in the states at least, this leaves the body in a state of chronic acidosis.

This was the heart of all of my outbreaks and although it took a long time (about a year) I eventually got to a point where my body was no longer acidic, once again alkaline, and the OB's disappeared.

"alkaline" is the same as "oxygenated" which is the same as "ozonated" which is the same as "ionized". It all means the same thing! :) The key for me in making the OB's go away, which were chronic before I took control of my health, was:

1) taking an alkaline solution every day morning and night
2) Increasing exercise and breath, which is an oxygenating process. (people talk of lactic acid and such things, but regular exercise = net gain in oxygenation period.)
3) DRASTICALLY altering my diet to include a ton of ruffage, raw food, and zero coffee/soda/junk food.

I post this because there are those who pay for ozone thereapy, and are doing well only to have OB's again down the road. I suggest that if you haven't already, you focus on a great diet, breathwork and regular exercise.

Ozone is great, but it is essentially a quick fix method of oxygenating/alkalinizing many areas of the body/TISSUE simultaneously. This is beautiful but if you go back to the same habits which casued the acidosis in the first place, the future may bring some heartache! And unfortunately, this heartbreak can be much worse than a simple herpes outbreak.

Wishing you well,

brian
