I never heard of HSII till I was diagnosed by the doctor. Have I know there is such thing as this, I will consider kissing,dating, sleeping with a guy, or even romance as chemical warfare to kill me. I came to U.S. when I was 18 year old, and studied engineering, and am a female whose mother does'nt even know guys can be bad. My mother always disciplined whether her own daughter is nice to a guy or not. I can't blame her for maybe she was lucky to meet good guys, not me. I don't remember anyone telling me to be careful about Herpes. AIDS I had heard off, and at those time, the teaching was you get Aids from homosexual man, now we know anyone can have AIDS and at any age. Why the U.S. government does not do anything to stop the spread when the number for female is as high as 25%, and male is 20%? Pastor said there is 1 out of every 4 American got some STD that they can't get away with. e.g. Hep B or Hep C, and not counting unwanted pregnancy or abortion. It frustrates me when I saw all those pharmacutical company have brochures about diabetes in the pharmacies that I went while the number of people has diabetes in the U.S.A is only 5%. What is this nation saying " In God We Trust " and harm civilians by not even permanently erect a billboard or advertise in Yellow Pages or White Pages about this disease. In Taiwan, and 5 years ago, after I took my luggages in the airport, I was surprised to see electronic billboard warned of STD by having the slogan" if there is love at home, there is no STD " . What is Hollywood and television producer doing to kill people? Though sexual act is not explicitly shown, but it was always implied. Now monthly I spent $1500 on hydogen peroxide, and can't sleep due to wake up by the viruses crawling around my face as I have in on the lip. I was so scare one day I will be blinded if I spread the virus in my eye, or be in coma if it goes to my brain. Now, I don't know if I should be married or not, as I have outbreak twice a week, and I fear I might spread to my fiance, or he might reinfected me. ( I got this from a Caucasian guy when I was 24. ) Worst is I can't go to church when I have an outbreak in the lip, everyone knew that. Thank you for reading, I just hope this message can help people not to make the same mistake as I do that I can't be dead nor live well.
