I read someone's message on curezone -- no outbreaks after 25 years or something, using lauricidin. So now I don't bother with coconut oil (except for cooking). I use the lauricidin from www.lauricidin.com.

And valtrex. If you didn't know, valtrex lowers the transmission rate (esp. with a condom) as well as supresses outbreaks. So my approach is

1. valtrex to stop outbreaks and prevent transmission (I take it twice a day, 500 mg each). I'll probably take it for a year or so.
2. everclr to boost my immune system and clear out the virus -- plus anything else
3. lauricidin to kill the virus
4. ozone water to flush it all out
