Hi!

I've had genital herpes for a couple of years now and I have outbreaks 3 - 4 times a year... It really annoyes me, would love to get rid of the outbreaks. Thinking of ordering this Lauricidin, but then I found something here: olive leaf extract that besides this also includes 100mg monolaurin per capsule, stating you should take two capsules a day, eq. 200mg/day.

My question is, how much monolaurin do I get from this Lauricidin, is it anywhere near 200mg/day or is it much more or? Following the recommended dosage.
