Avoid things that chelate mercury until after the amalgam fillings are out.  You need to get rid of the source, because otherwise it is pulling more out of the teeth and putting more into the brain, lymphatic system, and organs.  The eventual goal is to get it out of these tissues and the source should be gone and a combination of supplements should be taken, as some mobilize the mercury and others bind to it and carry it through.  If you eat a food or take a supplement that just mobilzes it (stirs it up), then more can be distributed in your body, rather than be eliminated. Some doctors refer to that process as redistribution.

I have read that some fungacides contain mercury, and I do know spermacide contains mercury, although it is not listed as an ingredient;  The rationale is that it is common knowledge that mercury kills sperm, so they do not have to list it by law.

Avoid fasts and flushes; Remedies that are supposed to get you healthier, actually can make you more sick if you have mercury.  Mercury can mimic Multiple Sclerosis and cause an autoimmune response (it actually can cause the same lesions on the brain that MS does), which means the healthier your body is, the better able it is too attack you;  That is why MS drugs are immuno-suppressive.  Before mercury filling removal, it is best to avoid sulphur-based foods such as onions, garlic, eggs. cilantro has been shown in studies to chelate mercury, so best to avoid it and all supplements that chelate mercury.  i list them on my site:  << Return to the standard message view
