Everyone agrees that the best oil out there is from Wilderness Family Naturals (link below). They offer 2 types - centrifuged and Phillipines. Get the centrifuged one. 1 gallon costs $65. I pay over twice as much in the UK!

Drinking is the usual means because the commercial version - lauricidin as far as I know is only for oral consumption.

But - I would apply it topically too. Thats basically what I did with my cold-sores, and they didn't even form! I used it once about 9 months ago and I've been waiting for another outbreak since. Nothing!
