Thanks for the good question. I do take it everyday. I had outbreaks every single month, and they were painful and would last for a few days, my low back was sore as well as my legs. I am amazed though how effective it has been. My heart goes out to anyone who has suffered with this because there can be so many emotions involved. I can honestly say that it has been the only thing that has made any difference at all with the break outs, I asked my Dr the other day if he heard of Lauricidin, I wasn't surprised that he said No. I would encourage you to put Lauricidin in your web search,(Med-Chem Labs) there is a question and answer page. I just emailed them today to let them know how good my results were. I didnt have the greatest expectation when I started with it 2 years ago, but when I saw the results in the first month, I knew it was special. I have not had any side effects. Which there really shouldn't be any. I only take a scoop a day, the jar comes with a small blue scoop about the size of a teaspoon. As you read in the web site, it is non toxic. I order 6 at a time to save money, so it has cost me now about 16 dollars a jar. I cannot put a price tag on having this relief. It is a blessing. I hope this helps. God Bless.
