Dear anonymous, thanks for your information even if it didn't work. I havn't even looked at it yet let alone tried it. I keep forgetting to look for 'virgin cocount oil' from the first reply. I'm a get 'round2it' person. Anyhow I'm maintaining a healthy Diet currently (after Easter major choc & food binge) and there are no symptoms at all... bearing in mind there is no partner/husband either: to put it to the test.
