I had read about this in The Master Cleanse book. I kind of wanted to try it but don't really have rock salt or a tub where I'd be able to do this. (live at home) It's nice to read someone's experience with it so thanks for posting.

I have a question.. Did you happen to weigh yourself frequently when doing this? I was wondering how much water weight you'd lose by doing that? And have you ever done the Master-Cleanse before? Because you naturally lose waterweight anyway on the Master-Cleanse so how do you know the rock salt did it?

I might try laying on a sheet and pouring rock salt on my hips/thighs/stomach (where the majority of my edema is) and wrap the sheet around that area.. That would probably work..
