Anyone find a fix for this?

I get it every now and then and I already KNOW what causes mine. I've gotten rid of it with fasting but it always takes a month and I want it gone faster than that. I don't want to have to do a 40 day fast every damn time it happens. There's got to be a faster way.

And baths aren't an option for me. My shower/tub isn't even filtered and I'm not crazy about soaking all those chemicals in. An hour+ long soak is worse than a 10 minute shower.
