I am on The Master Cleanse and have been advised to do an edema because nothing is working to cleanse my gi tract. In other words nothing is coming out of me and I am on day 5.

My problem is that I don't even know what an edema is, I don't know how to do one, and I don't know if there is one out there safe for the Master Cleanse?

Any help out there?
