Looking for help and advice on heel spurs - my mum has just been diagnosed and is very upset as she is under the impression that the condition is chronic and will not get better. She is not overweight, and she doesn't excersise heavily. Does anyone have any advice on this? Anyone who's been cured? I've heard that ultra sound is supposed to help? And should she get a heel support?
Very thankful for any tips/hints/advice!
