Boiron only makes Ferrum Phos 8x and Calcarea Phos 6x in the lowest strength in x - what to do?

I ordered the Hydrastis Mother Tincture and am waiting for it to come.

But how much of the Ferrum and Calcarea do I take considering the numbers available above.
