Take FERRUM PHOS 3X AND CALCAREA PHOS 3X powder form of medicine each about 50gm. Mix the same in a common container and from that mixture take about one teaspoon at bedtime. A 100gm. should approximately last a month.

HYDRASTIS mother tincture, one teaspoon or roughly about 4ml. of liquid medicine mixed in a cup of water, once a day.

You can mix the same in water, milk or juice, that doesnt really matter.
