Hello: I am trying to put together the remedy you gave me for absorbing iron in my body for my severe anemia.

Now, the 3X potency for the ferrum phos and calcarea phos is in powder form, right? Then you say "take one teaspoon of the powder at bedtime - so is this 3X potency powder in a large jar or something - then is it one teaspoon EACH of ferrum and cacarea??? What about the Hydrastis Mother tincture I assume is a liquid which comes in a bottle - this is one teaspoon also???

I read online that the ferrum and calcarea is digested better with calcium and they recommend taking this with something like orange juice. So, do I take one teaspoon each of the ferrum and calcarea in juice???

Thanks for your response - do you suggest any GOOD reputable place to get these items?
