I can totally sympathize with you. I don't know you, but I can feel your pain, fear, sadness, frustration, anger, shame, and every other negative emotion associated with this shit.
I tell myself every single day, "not today" And every day, I slip...sometimes two or three times. ( I was doing it cosistently 4 times a day for quite some time)
It's not even like I'm losing weight anymore! It's an addiction like no other, and man, am I ever ready to help and be helped. So I'm here for you , love. Best wishes on today! Lisa
