it sounds like you damaged your esophagus from throwing up.
dont worry. it can heal. you should go to your local health food store and pick up some aloe to help soothe and heal it.

also you may want to have some soy yogurt to sooth your stomach and replace healthy bacteria that you may have depleted from throwing up.


you can also find that aloe you can drink online.
