wouldn't that be nice and easy if people could just "stop"...?
unfortunately, they are both disorders that cannot be stopped with the snap of someone's fingers...they are addictions. this forum looks like it's pretty inactive anyway, but that was nice of you to try to warn people.
that's what i do too. the health consequences are unimaginable.
