I had this at one time. Its all to do with an inbalance of electrolytes, inparticular a lack of potassium which means your body holds on to fluids. If you can drink orange juice, eat bananas, that will help with the potassium. Also, an electrolyte supplement will help to get you over this, until you can regulate your eating better.

I don't want to worry you too much, but this can get serious, and lead to passing out and heart attacks. Some end up in hospitals severely dehydrated, on drips. So, you need to work on this pretty quick. OK? All the best.
