You know, I was starting to realize that. Which is why I began to be concerned in the first place.

I was liking the feeling of being empty and wanted to do it a little more oftener than I usually do, but I felt that would be walking down a dangerous path, so I avoided acting on that impulse.

Glad I caught myself now before it escalates.

So just to get a feeling for this, how often is considered a problem? I guess there's no such thing as a number, but I'd just like to get an idea of the frequency.
